I love Super Dog Boutique have been going there with my first poodle Arra then my 2nd little girl Jedda. Hillary is one of the nicest people I know very cating and passionate about how a fog leaves her salon. I would recommend very highly her service to other dog lovers . I am completely disgusted with Hilarys service. My dog was booked in for 12.30pm I arrived on time and was told off when I walked in as she thought it was for 12pm. I have a message showing confirmation that it was 12.30pm. She was extremely rude and abrupt and argued back at me when I tried to explain (nicely) that I have proof of the time. She put my dog in a small cage, it was very hot in there and continued to talk to me in a disrespectful manner. I left for 5 minuets and then returned to collect my dog as I did not feel like she was in safe hands. I said to Hilary that I was disgusted with her terrible service and she rudely responded and tried to argue with me.nPlease DO NOT send your dogs to Super Dog Boutique. We need to feel like our pets are safe and taken care of and i was scared to leave my pet with her. I would much rather support other local business that thrive on treating our pets with care and respect.
