The lounge I bought was not identical to the one on the floor. The size was different but even after several weeks they exchanged it, much to my surprise. Must give credit where is due. Thank you

Very bad customer servicenWe have bought sofa , x2 single bed and tv unit and paid 1000 dollar deposit in January and we have been told sofa will be available in 2 weeks time rest all in stock. End of January Didnt hear them so I called reply was sofa will be available February 10th . Haven’t heard anything till February 15 th . So I rung the shop then they said sofa only available March . Then I requested please deliver bed and TV unit. They asked extra delivery charge for that.nThen the sale person given phone to different person name Richard and he told us bed also not in stock. We have no kids bed home so I told we need to cancel this . He agreed to pay back.nNext day we went to shop planning to cancel bed .The rest of the things I can wait for another month. I asked to keep 200 dollar deposit and refund 800 dollar so we can go and buy bed from another showroom which he didn’t wanted to return and showed a very rude attitude .nSo we had to cancel all our purchase after 4 weeks of wait. We sold our old bed initially thought only two weeks wait time my two kids sleep with us. Then turn into 4 weeks and no date. How inconvenience this is.
