U-Install-It Kitchens

Worst experience ever. Would not recommend this place to anyone. So many mistakes from not honouring prices in emails to miscalculations and failing to order everything we needed and to top it all off everything was apparently my mistake because I never took out my calculator and double checked the sales person. As it turns out they apparently are only there because they know the product and not there to do calculations (here is some advice to you u-install-it, don't give them a calculator if we are responsible). Spoke with legal services and it was agreed u-install-it were wrong but when you have your kitchen majority out you don't really have time to go to court and argue out and I'm pretty sure they know that.. Only pleasant experience was with griffin stones and adelaide precision glass, they were exceptional!!nnGoogle why can't we do minus stars...

They have a good selection for choice. The staff is ready to answer your questions in a helpful manner

Exceptional service with great knowledge. So friendly staff. Amanda is the best , so helpful and she suggest us a lot of money saving tricks while we were designing our kitchen with her. She comes up with great ideas that makes our kitchen look Amazing. she didn't rush to finish up quickly, nice and calmly finish our kitchen, the way we wanted. Comes out of showroom with a big smile on our faces. Will definitely Recommend .

Total Jokers , did many mistakes with our design that they wouldn’t take responsibility for , we had to pay extra for their inadequate service . Wouldn’t recommend this place and we’re definitely not going back !!!!
