I feel very fortunate that I was put in touch with Magins Lighting to source lights for our home. My husband and I went to numerous showrooms around Sydney and also searched many websites both here and overseas to no avail. The owner of Magins could not have done enough for us. He visited our home on numerous occasions offering advice and solutions. He also reassured us if we were not happy with the product that we could exchange. There was no need for us to take advantage of this offer as the quality of the lighting that we received for our hallway, dining room and bedroom was exceptional. I would also like to add that the photos on Magins website truly reflects the quality of the products. It has been a pleasure for us dealing with Magins and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Some really lovely lights but service on the ordinary side. Really hard to get answers and responses on orders. They need additional staff.
Their service is literally TERRIBLE. They don't answer their phones or emails. I've paid for a light and literally can't get an answer from them for delivery. DON'T buy anything from them.
