It sometimes amazes me when you look at a Google rating. This is one of those times. I recently had dealings with Priceline Pharmacy at Underwood. As they gave me great service I decided that when I needed a further scrip, I would rather try them than other chemists around me.nSo I called them, spoke to a lovely lady and she said yes I could send the email script and they would simply send me an email to say it was ready to pick up.nSo I did this received said email confirmation within an hour and went in to pick up the script. The staff were great, smiling, helpful and the job was done within 10 minutes.nA Wonderful, pleasant experience.nAs my doctor is in Underwood I will do this again through this pharmacy if I need a script sent.nLoved the happy friendly service.

I use this store often and have found the staff to be mostly very helpful. Only on one occasion I had a staff member, not so helpful. But I will always go back.

Dr sent script by Fax,check with Cemist told no fax arrived, checked again with Dr who called Chemist and found Fax machine broken,nnPoor comms with people awaiting a script to be filled and not telling why no script. not impressed especially as they also lost one of my scripts on a prior occasion. I will only use them in emergencies from now on.
