Very helpful service here. The staff are lovely, welcoming and knowledgeable. Shara (the groomer) is fantastic with our nervous boy when he gets groomed. Great range of products with awesome discounts/rewards to encourage repeat business. We travel from Surfers to shop here!

Petstock Runaway Bay is the best pest supply store! Their staff are always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I came in looking for a kitty litter brand that was going to withstand 3 kittens. The lovely gentleman new what product would be perfect for me and then when realising that there was no stock on the floor, he went out the back and fished me out 3 boxes from the newly arrived shipment. He then carried the 4 boxes of kitty litter and new cat tree to my car and wished me a safe drive.nJust excellent
