Great service by Termicide Pest Control. I have to appreciate Kerry who was patient and happy to answer my all queries. The quality of the work was excellent. His knowledge and willingness to share suggestions was good.

Would like to say a big thank you to Mike for his professionalism and advise when doing our pest and termite inspection. Highly recommend Termicide pest control. Would also like to thank the girls in the office for there promptness in reorganising our outside spraying due to rain.

I made an appointment for inspection & do pest control about a month ago. I was waiting since 7am on the day but no one showed or no one contacted me. So I had to ring them. When I rang, the admin told me that the technician was sick and I had to make another appointment. It’s very unprofessional ! I really wanted to speak to the manager because they did similar thing in the past as well. The admin promised me that the manager would call me. No manager contacted me. The technician did only half job and he didn’t do outside but they send a bill to me already. Why do I have to pay even the jobs haven’t completed? I am not happy at all, especially I am long time customer. No follow up and No apologise.

Very friendly staff. very good experience every when they help the whole complex regarding the termite inspection and pest control. Good warranty as well.

Quick, easy and effective. The staff were lovely and respectful and above all very knowledgeable.
