I went to shop at Coles at Runaway Bay and my friend was waiting for me in the car. After shopping my phone died, it was hot and not knowing exactly what to do I walked into the Commonwealth Bank for some AC. I was greeted by a lovely lady at the front. She asked me if I was alright and I told her what happened. Without hesitation I was offered help, the branch staff are very caring and thoughtful professional. They go above and beyond to help you even if your reason was not banking!! Caring staff and outstanding customer service skills. Thank you for saving my day!!

Words cannot describe how satisfied we are with this branch !nOn our holiday trip we had a urgent issue that needed to be fixed straight away.nThat happened with without any problems and the staff were super professionals, straight shooters and extremely helpful.nActing immediately with the Branch Manager Martin and his crew my problem was solved in a matter of minutes.nLeft the branch 100% happy and satisfied.nnCheers GUYS !!

Runaway bay branch I called 4 times to get a simple answer to my enquiry no one would pick up the phone. The manager should go and redo their management course. As a result I had to drive to the bank on a hot day 36 deg to get the question answered.I feel like changing my bank now.

ATM down or out if cash again. I bet the atm inside is up and running. Hope CBA is saving money because with atm fees due to atm out I’m not.nWish I could change banks!

I agree with the previous feedback. I have had fraudulent activity on my account which I picked up, left messages with the bank thinking they may take this serious - but no - no one could be bothered to return my phone call - I also suggest the manager reads our feedback and re does his Management course and hopefully complete it this time
