Q and his team are extremely helpful and accomodating. I breezed in with my laptop that had a few faults and immediately Q problem solved without even diagnosing what the issues were with the laptop. The form I filled out was very detailed and ensured that I would get what I needed fixed as well as any other issues found. Very professional innservice and knowledgeable about computers, software's and mechanical faults. I know who to come to for future issues or parts!
