Took my dad to get a Fluro tube that we couldn’t find anywhere else. The staff were so helpful and organized to order it in and also deliver it to him. Definitely recommend this place.
Karen assisted the purchase of a bathroom exhaust fan and light fittings for my home. She has an amazing eye for detail and flair for coordinating just the right style of light fitting that complements my decor. Nothing was too much trouble and I am delighted with the end result. Could not recommend Karen’s professionalism and friendliness more highly.
Had to return a light fitting a while ago due to quality issues and the lady behind the counter acted like we were personally taking them out of business. The petty and unprofessional behaviour was just amazing to watch unfold.nnHaven't been back since.
