We had two old windows that needed to be replaced. Mitch was the only glazier we contacted that was willing to take the job because of the unique design. Mitch and Sam were great, they did the job and installed two brand new windows that matched our existing coloured frames perfectly. Very happy with them, so much that we have more work being done by Starglass. We highly recommended them.
Promised the world and after 2 weeks still haven't turned up to measure up. Mitch talks the talk but doesn't deliver.
I booked an appointment with star glass to quote our new pool fencing. I took half a day off work to meet them. The sales person didn’t bother to turn up without so much as a courtesy call. I tried to contact Mitch on his mobile a number of times and left messages. Still no return call... obviously we won’t bother pursuing a quote, I would hate to think what the service would be like after they’ve taken your money.
The guys fitted our balustrades and also the shower screens... Did a fantastic job. The bathroom looks beautiful and the hall/landing now has a great uninterrupted open plan look.nWould highly recommend these guys to do any sort of interior glass work!
Glass Repair service was great. The aftercare service was very good. Made me feel like a valued customer.
