I love the clothes at Forever New, they have something for every occasion. Whilst their Joondalup staff is really friendly, I have noticed a couple of times now that they can become a bit overbearing with following you around the store. Understandably they're trying to make a sale and reach monthly KPI's but sometimes less is more :)
I have only been here twice to buy a dress for my mums birthday. I wasnt sure of the size but if I came to return it after her birthday, the 2 weeks would have been up. I spoke to the manager and she assured me I could return it. Well 3 weeks later I came back, keep in mind that I misplaced my recipt. I met the manager and despite being quite busy, she accepted the return. Not only that, but she ordered the dress in the right size. I can't speak for all their staff because I havent had much experience with them, but the manager was patient and kind. Truly some of the best customer service I have experienced!
Lots of pretty clothes
Rude staff. No wonder customers were walking out. No customer service at all. Was in there for ages and both staff we're out the back for most of my time in there.
