Bought a rocking chair at Joondalup baby bunting at a good bargain. I drive a Holden cruze and I couldn't see how the chair was going to fit. Thanks to Jessy he managed to remove the legs and still it wasn't fitting. What I liked and appreciated about Jessy is he refused to give up and managed to disassembled it into pieces that could fit in my car. Well done and thumbs up to Jessy.

Terrible customer service. I needed help at the carseats area and asked this other lady serving the area who told me to wait for few minutes as she was assisting another customer (fine). But, then, she finishes with this customer, looks at me as i was waiting in the isle, completely ignores me, helps few other customers. I waited for more than 20 minutes and finally received assistance from another employee. I thought that was rude, as she had promised i was next in line..

Terrible customer service. Rang the store just after 9am to pick up and click and collect order and the woman who answered said “we aren’t ready so you’ll have to wait, we’ve just opened” and hung up the phone. I waited a further 15 mins for someone to attend the loading dock. If store opening hours are 9am, I expect the store to be open and be ready to serve customers. On top of that, all my items (which were purchased off a baby gift registry) had dockets sticky taped to them and removing the tape damaged the packaging and I spent an afternoon trying to remove sticky tape marks for a bottle of baby lotion. Frustrating and disappointing experience of click and collect.
