Finally found a yoga studio that combines yoga postures with contemporary music! I’m not particularly interested in the religious & philosophical background of yoga & glad that Vital Beat focuses on benefits of the physical practice & mindfulness of yoga. A fantastic music driven yoga studio. Laid back, friendly and inclusive for any level of yogi.
Great new studio in Edgewater, Fresh and Beautiful. Great teachers, very hands on and helpful. Would highly recommend to all, Newbies and to old schoolers. Nice vibe, fun and friendly. Nice way to shake off winter :) thanks
