Gotta admit at first I thought this gym would be filled with lots of really old ladies. But the ages range from early 30’s up to young 80’s!nFun environment, love the different classes and support you receive there.nLots of women who are beautiful inside & out.nLoving going here. Quick sessions that work up a sweat. Work as hard as you can, it’s a challenge for you only, not a comparison to others.
