This place seriously needs some help, we went through last night.n3 piece chicken tenders - got 2 with no saucenordered a twister wrap - didn't receive.nHad more chicken bits in the bottom of the Zinger box than in the kids got in their go buckets.nFirst negative review I have ever made. it was that bad.
Went through the drive through around 5.30pm and was told they were out of hot n spicy for another 20-30 minutes, which is fair enough, what i dont expect is my family feast meal to be full of the bottom of the barrel original recipe chicken that has clearly been sitting in the warmer for far to long.. chicken complelty dry, burnt crispy skin and a burnt taste. Disgusting service considering the price we pay.
Staff are absolutely friendly. And very efficient. Always apologies for the wait time but there never really is a wait time. They are quick and reliable for a decent feed.
This is how full my go bucket was. There are some good workers at this KFC and when they are working you will get good service and good food. On the other hand there are some employees that need improvement so expect not so full go buckets and bad service.
This place was one of the best stores up until the last 11 months.Its really gone downhill now,nChicken is dry 7/10 times, Gravy is watery.nDrive the extra 4 minutes and go to the Armadale store.
