The young lady who is working there needs to learn some good customer service . She was there sunday 5/7/2020 afternoon and also tuesday 7/7/2020. No smile no welcoming . And she served us like we are taking something she owned. There were not many at the store but still she was way too high up to help her customers. Jean west please hire people that know thejob. Will not return to armadale jean west again.
Lisa the manager is a amazing. Knows her stock well, made my 17 yo feel at ease and nothing was too much trouble. Jeanswest should consider renting her out as a retail mentor for young retail workers.
I walk in the store to look for special... I was with my kid....nI ask the lady at the store... she was alone and no other customers.nI ask her if she had my size on the special rack...nThat all we go there!!! Never bother to help me to look for a size... but then I saw my size...nNo assisting was given... am I too cheap!!!??nAnd she walk away???!!!
