Builders At Your Service undertook a major renovation at our 28 year old house. The work involved the conversion of a lounge and dining room into a master bedroom, large WIR and large ensuite bathroom. We also removed one bedroom to open up the existing family room to create a large 8.5m x 8m family room, and replaced the kitchen with to a modern design, including a large WI Pantry. The second stage of the renovation was to remove the old wooden pergola to create an outstanding 8.5m x 4m Alfreso area with polished concrete flooring and a modern outdoor kitchen.nAlthough we engaged an architect before contacting Builders At Your Service, their design consultant (Brenton) provided many ideas that we utilised. His design and specification work has resulted in a high standard of our layout. His level of communications was outstanding.nThe trades that Builders At Your Service used were all friendly and displayed high levels of expertise and attention to detail.nThe Builders At Your Service supervisor's (Andy) communications, consultation and expertise are some of the reasons why we are so happy with our renovations. His attention to detail and expectation of high levels of workmanship (from their staff and their tradies) has been amazing.
