Burns for Blinds

Everyone we dealt with from the original quote to check measure and installation let us know when they were on their way and came on time. They were all very friendly and told us everything we needed to know. The zip track blinds look great and function perfectly. Also offered the best price. The whole process was quick and easy and we couldn't be happier with the end result.

I had blinds installed throughout my new 3 bedroom townhouse 2 years ago. I have had ongoing problems with the installation and service to this date. I booked a technician to come out on Wednesday (due at my place mid morning) - when I hadn’t seen/heard from anyone by lunchtime, I rang and was told that technician would be at home between 3.30 - 4.00. By 4.30 I rang the store again - nobody could tell me why I hadn’t been been contacted and assured me that someone would ring before COB to reschedule - I (not surprised!) did not receive a call. I rang the next morning and spoke to a lovely girl called Anna who was very apologetic and transferred me to a girl in their booking team (with an accent) who was unapologetic, argued with me and did not care that I had to take time off work on Wednesday to wait for a technician who did not show. She told me my appointment had been rescheduled for the following Thursday - over 1 week later! I asked to speak to the manager (who was conveniently unavailable) and was told the manager would ring me by COB Thursday - do you think I heard from the manager? NO! It is now Friday evening, I have had no contact from anyone from Burns for Blinds, and have no idea what time to expect the technician on Thursday.nI would NOT recommend Burns for Blinds to anyone - their installation was second rate, their service is appalling, and the empathy and apology I received was non existent!nPS I had to give them a 1 star rating as it wouldn’t let me post with a zero stars

Great no fuss service and delivery. Blinds look great and the discount made them very affordable. Would highly recommend the company

Overall service was great, security door was installed professionally and it looks great in my place. Just make sure that when they give you the colour selection brochure you verify that the colour you want is available from the factory. I was told about 1 week before delivery from the factory to Burns for Blinds that my chosen colour was not available. I submitted my original choice on 1 June. Quite inconvenient.
