Sprains, Strains and Chronic Pains (SSCP) Physiotherapy

First time i have been treated by Tegan, have to say i was impressed. The fact that she not only explained the process but what to expect after the first consultation is spot on... looks like i have found a true professional!!!

Great clinic, highly recommended. Tegan is fantastic ! She has helped me regain my ability to work and live everyday with reduced or no pain. With stretching, exercise and massage, I feel I am back on track to be at full capacity. Thank you Tegan !!!

APRIL 2021 - Very professional, knowledgeable and excellent with children!nnMy 6 year old son has recently had a full leg cast removed and is requiring physiotherapy. He was apprehensive to start however Tegan made him feel comfortable and relaxed, she took the time to explain to my son his exercises in a way for him to understand and also enjoy. I started seeing Tegan about six months ago after my old physio moved away. In that time the improvement I have felt has been significant. I usually attend physio once a month for 'maintenance' to assist with my back issues (relating to working in an office and riding horses) and working with Tegan I've transitioned from the same issues causing me grief each month to those underlying issues being corrected and only minor maintenance required at our monthly sessions. Tegan's approach is professional and her passion for physiotherapy shines through in her conduct and manner with her clients. I've recommended her to all my family and friends. Absolutely wonderful and professional service by Tegan. I have had several different issues main one being protruding disc in my back. She has been a lifesaver for me. Would highly recommend her to all my friends and family.
