Poor service. Girl at counter spending more time talking to friends than preparing orders. Left Cat doing most the work. Khloe did very little to help the girl that was struggling.nCustomers waiting five minutes to be served for orders. Shameful for a business starting out at this location.

Best KFC in Queensland. Fun friendly staff. Always helpful(even to Karens). Never waited too long or got the wrong stuff without an explanation and replacement that suits me.

Took 25 minutes for our order to be ready lastnite.There was no order behind the counter. Staff members chatting and laughing, not being professional. No consideration of the 6 drivers waiting for orders and customers waiting to be served. We watched a staff member use blue cleaning cloths to hold the tray of chicken to put in the warmer and with the same cloth, used it to pick up a chicken on another tray and then put it back on the rack to be served to customers. We were given excuses that the order keeps dropping off their system and yet we could see the orders on the screen. They concentrated more on drive through customers. A customer ordered and they gave him the wrong order. The staff member realised after all her chatting and carry on then took the box of chicken out of the bag to replace only to drop it all on the floor. A customer came in angry because of missing nuggets and no sauce. Stated that she tried calling multiple times and was told they never answer the phone. When they dish the chicken they throw it in the box like slam dunks..This is the worse KFC i have ever encountered. The last time we ate here we drove through the drive through and got told to park up, we waited outside for our order and had to go inside to pickup so whats the point of having a drive through? This KFC needs managers to bring order and organisation instead of showing up only to get paid. HYGIENE URGENTLY NEEDS ATTENTION at this KFC. Toilets were filthy. I will never eat here ever again.

The best KFC i have ever had. Because this is a new store everything tastes so fresh. Even the chips were perfect.nnPLEASE keep your kitchen clean and stay on top of maintenance and you will forever be the best tasting KFC in Australia.nnThe chicken was a beautiful light golden colour and was not greasy. When you visit old KFC stores the chicken tends to come out a darker brown which is due to old oil in the fryers.nnDefinitely worth the travel to see what KFC SHOULD taste like all the time.
