Professional, Honesty and FriendlynAfter receiving several quotes from different providers, I decided to go with these guys partly because of recommendations from people in the my same building and partly due to meetings of Lin and William. I was even more impressed with the installation and attitude of technician, Wei. Even a better lasting impression was when they came back for a rectification after the installation. I would recommend their service!!!

We visited Silver Trading on Tuesday and were greeted by a friendly man called Lin who was keen to help us. Although he didn't have what we were looking for in his range he took the time to help us figure out what our next steps were, and gave us some good advice. We were really impressed by his level of customer service - he's a real asset to this business! Silver trading timber flooring were professional and quick to get the process from me visiting the showroom to installation. They were helpful with getting everything in order for strata approval. The end product looks great.
Excellent service, gave me a quote and did the inspection on the same day. They were very honest and told me upfront the issue with an uneven ground and the extra cost it needed. After the information, I changed my mind and did not go ahead with the flooring. They refunded my deposit with no questions asked. Honest service and fair price!
