Our girls have been visiting Oodles of Poodles and have been groomed by Kaitlyn for years. You can tell Kaitlyn loves her craft, she is very professional and extremely skilled. I’m always very impressed and satisfied. Highly recommend.nn5 star

I cannot express enough about how happy I am with my recent visit to Oodles of Poodles. My pup is very old and anxious and from beginning to end the girls at Oodles of Poodles went above and beyond to meet our needs.nI will be back and will be recommending you to all my friends.

I have reinstated this review from 12 months ago.nnI am writing this review because I could not forget the customer service at oodles of poodles, and I had to edit this review as O/P asked me to take down my comments and they would give my Coco a free groom. So this was a year ago.n- we requested during winter to have a winter (Cold Weather) cut with teddy bear cut.n- when my wife asked why they cut her short all over with no shaping. They said they just followed what was done last time. My wife said “my husband won’t be happy” and I was not!! That’s not what we asked for, this conversation got heated.n- I left a review of two stars and my review.n- they called shortly after and said, why did you not say sometime when you picked her up? I said my wife did and the person became defensive and said they followed last cut. And to pay the full bill.n- they then said, take down your review and we will give you a free grooming. I said ok, because mistakes happen, and thank you.nI took down my comments however left the two stars up, not intentionally.n- then after 6 weeks I called to book in our lovely girl for a groom. The response was -nCOCO IS NOT WELCOMEnYou did not take down the review.n- I said I took down my review!nThey said - yes you took down your comments but you left the stars up,nSHE IS NOT WELCOME HERE.nI said I will seek an ombudsman - they said go for it!!nI could not be bothered with wasting my time. However this has annoyed me for the past 12 months now. So this was my experience with oodles of poodles and my comments have been reinstated.
