Most of the staff at this store are terrific, especially Cindy and Lily at the checkouts. You never have to wait in line, the customer service staff open up check-outs quickly. It is a very well organised store. It makes your shopping experience more enjoyable when the staff are friendly and always willing to assist. Thank you Coles Floreat Forum. ;)
Slightly annoyed just to be polite. Attempted to order 2 platters yesterday but was rejected by the department manager convincing me how covid restrictions had stopped them. Do I have to remind you that this is a take away food? Just like as if I was to order maccas or subway or any other food from a food joint? If you didn't wanna serve me because your to busy or you couldn't be bothered to lift a finger, just say it - don't try and pass the buck or lie. Ended up going to Coles in Wembley and got my platters as required with no BullSh excuse. Pretty poor form to be honest Coles Floreat!
Can't say much as they have closed the door as I arrive. The lady was nice enough to give me a monthly magazine.
One of the cleanist stores I have been into.nGreat staff and service in the Deli.nWell worth a visit.
