My all time favourite consignment boutique in Perth! Amazing range of designer items at bargain prices and the friendliest service in store. Their website is fantastic and easy to navigate, as are their socials. Loved their market day earlier this year and can’t wait for the next one! Would highly recommend to everyone I know. Have been shopping here for many years. Feedback, on two occasions that were really disappointing but good to know for future interactions. First was when I wanted to purchase a dress in store and the customer care assistant couldn't get it to go through register. She said she would pop it aside and have someone call me when I could purchase it over the phone or online as I couldn't wait in store due to appointment. I didn't hear from them rest of day. I ended up calling them and asked if it was sorted yet and the lady I spoke to said she hadn't been told about the earlier issue and had gone on to sell the dress that was put aside for me. It was so disappointing. The other experience was when I wanted to purchase an item online and I wasn't sure it would fit. I messaged them before buying it. They said I could buy it and if it didn't fit, let them know right away and even though they don't normally do exchanges, they would in this instance. I did just that. I contacted them within half an hour of trying on item and they replied 'sorry, we already let the cosigner know it's sold' and to add further salt to the wound...They said 'but we are happy to try to sell it again for you at a percentage commission'. On a more positive note, although these were big issues and quite hurtful experiences, these are the only two bad experiences I encountered here, so after taking a break from shopping with this store, I made another three purchases from them this past month and all went without any problems. The lady who served me was kind and helpful. They have also looked liked a very child friendly store when I see kids here which is great for the Mummas to shop. Hopefully going forward they can work on communication with customer care focus especially when a lot of us are repeat customers.

I use to love coming to this store. Until my last visit when the sales assistant insisted on holding my baby while I was in the change room and then took a photo of my baby on her phone. Insisting she was just sending it to her husband to see. Lucky I walked out as she did it. Really affected me.

Avoid. Non existent customer service. Don't even bother with this place. Rerun in North Perth and Secret Closet in Shenton Park actually acknowledge and offer assistance to their customers. Much bigger and better range too.

Love coming to the Nedlands strip and seeing the ladies at Consigners ud83dude18 Great range of high quality clothing, lots of Zimmerman, Aje, and so many of my favourite designers at a good price. 10/10 recommend ⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f
