We had bees in our chimney, and being an outlying village in the Canberra Region, even getting an exterminator to come and look at the problem was impossible. The few who answered their phones heard the name of our village and tried to fob us off to someone else.nnWe finally found Eric, who when he heard that we had bees in our sons' room, rescheduled his other work and was there two hours later.nnHe explained his poison and it's safety implications, and got to work... Happy to report that the next day, we did not have a single bee in the house!nnWe cannot recommend Eric enough.

I got these guys too spray my house ad it kept spiders and other critters away for 2 years even though it was only guaranteed for much less than that.

Eric has replaced a well known pest control company that serviced our four commerical sites in Canberra and the difference in service is outstanding. Eric has a dedication to his profession that can only come from an owner operator. His organisation, communication and professionalism is a quality hard to find in contractors these days.
