My experience with Real Wellbeing has truly changed my life to now be living from a place where I can function at a higher level than ever before.nI would highly recommend going through this transformative process with Alex to anyone seeking clarity and support to learn the tools to greater access positive manifestation.

Wow! What a journey! My entire life I’ve been a pessimist. I have always had low expectations so that I don’t get disappointed if things don’t go to plan. I have suffered anxiety my whole life with severe panic attacks at certain stages. Since having children I have become lost as a person and only symbolised myself as a mother. I have felt exhausted! My eating habits have been horrendous and I have struggled with any exercise since becoming a parent. I have had absolutely no motivation and have just been living my days as they come.nnWithout any hesitation at all I can strongly write today stating that all those things I have just described has changed. Whether it be by a little or a lot, it has changed. And I have Alexandra Gray and the Pillar Code to thank.nnAlexandra has a passion for making you want and receive the best out of life. She is patient. She is inspiring. And she has truly opened my eyes and given me a new lease on life!nnI now feel strong. I have purpose. I know who I am and what I wanted in life. And I am dammed determined to go after it and grab it with both hands. My anxiety levels are at bay. I am exercising and wanting to after 5 years without. I have become the optimist and I now don’t sweat the small stuff. I meditate. This is something new for me but I absolutely can’t recommend it enough.nnAlexandra has given me the tools to cope with stress and crisis moments. I can strongly recommend Alexandra Gray as an exceptional practitioner and I will be sure to seek her guidance in the future if needed.
