Ashley Furniture Homestore Midland

We bought a gorgeous Sidewinder occasional chair from Ashley‘s 18 months ago. The leg of the chair broke after our grandmother sat on it. It was out of warranty and we went to Ashley‘s Midland WA to see if there was anything they could do. The wonderful store manager sent an email with our photos to the manufacturer. Within two days the store manager got back to me and told me the chair was no longer being made any more. However, the manufacturer and the manager of the store decided to give us the Sidewinder chair from the shop floor stock as compensation. We have been so impressed with Ashley’s Furniture Store Midland Western Australia in helping us find a solution to our problem. We highly recommend this store and it’s helpful staff. All the furniture we have bought from there has been high quality, functional and unique. Many of our friends have commented positively on our beautiful Ashley pieces. Thank you Ashley’s Midland.

Me and my partner bought a painting from this store for our new house, there was only one person on the floor who was with a customer. My partner and I waited 15 minutes before asking if there was anyone else who could put the sale through, which the lady responsed "I'm with a customer" so we waited another 5 mins for the other employee to come off his break. A few days later I decided to go back and purchase a second version of the same painting. The women clearly didn't recognise me and while paying for the item started talking really badly about the man was who had purchased the first painting. I told her that he was actually my partner and reminded her that she kept us waiting for such a long time and that it's fairly rude to talk badly about customers to other customers. Hopefully she won't do it again but I will never shop at this store again.

Found a beautiful buffet after looking everywhere so happy fantastic quality ! Going back for a sofa now

Bought bookcase for $799, had to go to Welshpool to collect . Opened the box as water damaged . Spent 2 hours building frame to find the shelves and structure do.Not have matching drill holes . Called the shop.and was asked to send pictures. Told them.I was bringing back for refund . Told shop not authorized to give refund . After contact was brought a unit put together by the warehouse. which was soo much better. .. regional of business was on the phone to check up on purchase made and has offered free delivery on a unit i had on back order.. thier customer service is top notch... Update delivered new bench to find it not straight i.e. the planks of wood where you sit . I told delivery.person nope not happy . Store gave refund no hesitation . Shame as their store layout is beautiful , furniture not up to scratch ...
