Went to the express lane with my 2 items that I required in a very busy store with lots of people waiting to be served. The cashier in my line Fran, was too busy to be efficient as she was chatting with the customer ahead of me. The customer in the next line noticed this and offered to allow me in front of her as I only had the 2 items previously mentioned. I thanked her for the offer but declined as it should be the cashier responsibility to be aware of the customer situation and aim for efficient service. The cashier was still oblivious to the situation of me and several people behind waiting and continued to talk to the customer without trying to serve the multiple customers in her line. This service makes the Lake Cathie store look like a well run facility.

Good range of stock...always busy due to population influx. Staff are helpful and provide good service.nnThe CAR PARK is abominable....accidents are a regular occurrence! One way up and down lanes should be implemented. I cannot understand how developers who own this property DO NOT fix this problem/s

Nice parking, nice staff and deli selection plus a great bottle shop.

Either get some self service check outs or hire some more staff and leave them on registers. Literally every time I shop there I always end up waiting 5-10minutes at the tills. They are constantly announcing over the PA a priority 1 to services and no one even comes

Good parking with wide car spaces in most areas. Supermarket set out nicely, again quite spacious.
