Love their clothes. You can find them online and in all major shopping centres such as Westfields. Super helpful staff. If they do not have your size, they will phone around and even get it posted to you.nnSome nice items and if you are not sure, they will help you mix and match and put an outfit together for you.nnOnline shop is great as they have many more items which the retail shops do not. I often try something in store and yes, I do buy as I can't resist but now I know what suits me from this shop, so I feel confident in buying online. Returns are no problem either. From casual to dressy, you will find something to suit or match what you already have at home.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!nAfter reading the reviews I felt I should've read the reviews before going to this store. Girls on 31st Jan in Parramatta Westfield store are very rude and doesn't have any patience to listen to what customer says. Would never recommend anyone to go to this store. I don't understand what the management is doing after so many bad customer reviews from more than an year.

Very bad customer service. I've asked before buying the dress if I can return and they told yes. And when I went to the store to return cause it didn't fit my frnd well, they denied saying thats against their policies. Giving FALSE HOPES to the customer. Buying such costly dress just to hang in the wardrobe is just so frustrating.

To the blond girl who worked on Monday the 18th of May.. if you hate your job and serving customers that much you should leave and they should replace you with someone who is willing to sale and smile and be motivated towards sales!. Horrible customer service. They used to have more variety but now they just continue to stock the same stuff. Plus the girls there are so rude and really don't want to work. Very disappointed.
