Poor quality item I bought from this store 4 months ago in Jewellery section, used only for few hours and stored very nicely in a good place as how I saved all the other items which i bought 3 years ago in INDIA.nnBut the one which I bought from this store is in bad condition now for which I spent more than double price which I knew it is double in price but I didn't have any other option at that time so I bought it.nnImmediately I reported this to the business owner after I saw this. Initially she talked very nicely and gave me assurance like don't worry, you can exchange or I will give Refund but after couple of hours she mentioned it's because of your fault you didn't take after care so I can't give refund now. she is not even giving reply to my messages :(nI am really not sure why she has changed her words like that andnIt is showing the attitude of how they take care of customers, Felt very bad with this behavior and feeling sad for spent lot of money on that which is not easily coming to me.nnif I didn't take care of the item why all my other items which I got from INDIA 3 years ago is in good condition ?nIt's waste of money for me. For business people they are in a safe position because they already got good profits on the items andnofcourse anyways they always mention something in their Terms & Conditions.nEnd of the day the common people who bought the products will suffer.nSo please make sure you check and talk everything before you buy the product.
