Very happy with the service, we were kept up to date with all aspects of delivery of carpet & when it would be installed. There was time for us to prepare rooms so as our carpet could be laid. The gentleman who removed our carpet was punctual & did a good job, as did the gentleman who installed our carpet& came soon after our old carpet was removed. Good service from all staff in the showroom. Would definitely recommend Solomons at Kensington. Price was good & great range of carpets to choose from.
An easy experience. They did exactly what they said they would do. Installers were on time and cleaned up after. Highly recommend if you want an easy stress free experience.
We would recommend Solomon’s carpet Kensington anytime they gave us great service great price Scott and Sabrina were most helpful couldn’t do enough for us their service was excellent the carpet layers were great once they laid the carpet they cleaned up vacuumed left the house tidy and once completed checked to make sure we were happy with the carpet and the job done which was excellent we would highly recommend them to anyone needing flooring
Sabrina went above and beyond to find some particular vinyl flooring I was after and that I needed in a rush. She was honest about the time frame required and followed up with me as promised. Very happy with the service received.
