We are over the moon with our new Kitchen and Wardrobes. Andrew and his team did an AMAZING job, and we would recommend him to anyone! Andrew went through a myriad of different options and layouts before we decided to go ahead with the job. He always had a smile, and made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. VERY HAPPY! : )
Unfortunately I have had a very bad experience. These guys are quite good in what they do but it's absolutely a nightmare dealing with them. They don't answer the phone/messages, they don't call you back, they don't keep you updated on the jobs they are working on for you, they do not respect the deadlines and you're lucky if you know why. I'm sorry but no more, please try someone else.
These guys have ruined shutters that we were very excited about for our renovated house . Wrong measurement for 1 window (nearly 12 months down the track and he refuses to fix) size of the surrounds on the shutters mot as big as we ordered . Have paid half the quote and was told after several phone calls and emails not answered that he would not be fixing these problems . A sheet still hanging on our bedroom window . NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY .
