KFC Glen Innes

Floor was covered in food scraps, tables were streaked and dirty, the heating wasn’t on despite it being 1C and snowing outside. That was before I ordered. Waited for my order for about 25-30 minutes, despite the store and drive-thru being almost empty. After nearly half an hour someone came out to... take my order again. Told them I was still waiting for my order, and was told that they “forgot”. I get mistakes happen but come on, the joint was empty. The entire time I could hear staff laughing and chatting out back, and someone was coughing up their guts (stay home if you’re sick!)nnI’m not one to complain usually. I get that mistakes happen. But the state of this store and service was absolutely dreadful in every way.

Chips could have been fresher. Quick, courteous service.

Great food. Service is excellent. Great stop off on our yearly holidays down that way.

It's nice to eat and the place is spacious.

The young man serving could have done with some training. Seemed to struggle with communicating with senior citizens. ( they were in que ahead of me). No spoons for potato and gravy. I went back into shop to be told we have run out of spoons.
