Got some great advice. Cate was very helpful!
I have been to Beacon Waitara five times in the past 2weeks as i bought a light and they got me a second one. Then i decided against it and returned them and got a different one. Then went back and got another. I thought the shop assistant wd not be pleased to see me again when i returned them but she was excellent: polite and helpful. Well done!
Got a couple of lights. The team has offered a great customer services. Very happy!
Misleading price tickets. Brass and chrome lights in one stack with one sale ticket, but charged full price for chrome because only brass on special apparently.
