Bought a pair of $459 valentino slippers and the strap broken on the 18th day. Very disappointed to the quality of this brand. And I am having hard time to get the refund and return sorted out. Did not expect these hassles.

Bought my partner $495 slides, one of the studs fell out after 3 weeks. Went back to show them and they wanted to charge me for fixing the stud. The lady names is pooja she is a absolute bulldog. 3 months later we went in yesterday. apparently they had called me twice which is impossibly because my phone is required to be on 24/7 for work. I had to call them up and follow up. Where is the customer service. You buy $495 slides! the stud falls out then they tell you they only have 14 days warranty. The reason you buy these brands is because of the quality and customer service which this place lacked!!! Pooja should have her attitude toward customers changed.
