The staff here are friendly and the store has a good atmosphere. It is in a highly convenient location, about 3 minutes walk from town hall station and easy to locate from the street. They did close an hour earlier than their website said though, and there are limited sizes available for a lot of styles.

Super lovely staff member went out of her way to find an item in my size at another store for me today. I didn’t catch her name but she provided excellent service!

Friendly staff, cool clothes

I really like the clothing stocked in this store, but sadly they have no refund policy which makes me sad. I was not aware of this until I needed to return some items (still brand new with tags and all). All I got in return was a credit receipt. The store should consider changing its policy in good faith of the brand

Lovely young lady assistant in store today (22/2). Couldn't have been more friendly or helpful to tired mother of daughter trying on clothes. Top marks.
