I want to say how terrible the service is If the store says it opens at 9 then why was it not open ? I left because i had to get to work it was 9.11am so i didn't stay I went back the next day and same thing the store opens up around 9.15am .I cant believe I was spoken to like a child by someone who is having a bad day.nits the problem with this generation they have no respectnbit what do you expect when they hire Trash excuse me but you work in retail to represent there Brand.nI walked over to the counter where I spoke to Tee who was very unprofessional as she was on her phone taking selfies then spoke down on me as I explained to her why i wanted a refund?ntold her the cloths which were given to me as a present didn't fit I wanted to return them she then went on and then asked if I wanted to exchange as I like the brand I wondered around the store I then over hear her call me a waste of time because i am returning something to her work college.ni didn't feel intimidated as she was very short looked like plastic but I did feel uneasy and felt very uneasy as she was so aggressive in her tone of voice.after the way i got treat and coming to the store twice in 2 daysnhaving bad experience I just left it took the cloths and went home.nI think you need to hire more mature staff who are no children who understand customer service.I dont usually write these comments but I felt as if I needed to as I could not find a head office number to contact.
