Oxford World Square

So to preface this, I am a huge Oxford fan, I've been buying Oxford for over 20 years, it is the only place I buy shirts, and 50% of suits are from there. So this is not a critique of the product or it's quality, I love the product. However, on Sunday the 13th June 2021 at 4pm I went to the store, and was looking for a tuxedo shirt, and asked the guy working there, and a more attitude infused response I could not have anticipated. I referred to offers I'd received, and he looked planning and laughed and said do I look like head office? Talk to them, if you want the shirt it's that price. My girlfriend was shocked at the attitude. So, whoever this person is, they need to 1) learn to smile, 2) communicate with customers with respect and a sense of service, and 3) lose the attitude.

Hi, I've seen all of the bad reviews here but the guy in this shop has provided the best service I have ever received. The clothes are of high quality, stylish and good value. I've been here twice, bought loads and will return.

The old Asian lady ( possibly the store manager ) was quite rude. I came a few weeks ago to return something and she went all defensive as if the refund credit was coming out of her own bonus.nnAfter the credit transaction and her yelling at me, I even said goodbye and thank you and she didn't even acknowledge it.nnI understand as a retail employee it can be frustrating especially during these times, but that does not give you any right to treat your customers like that.nnI was also wearing a mask as it states that it was mandatory upon entry of the store, guess who wasn't...nnIf this old Asian lady is the store manager of Oxford World Square ( as others have stated in all the negative reviews) , I honestly suggest a revaluation into the hierarchy progression system. These leaders that represent your company need to act as a role model for other employees. The other female employee that was there next to her was avoiding eye contact with me as if she's witness this situation with her store manager too many times and was ashamed.

I was a bit anxious to enter the store due to the bad reviews posted. But I actually experienced great customer service there. She gave me great suggestions and deal. The lady who served me was named Vinny (I think).

I am not going to say that I will not buy their garments ever again. I like their style and fits me perfectly. However, the asian lady lacks customer service. The world is going through pandemic right now, and there are people out there better suited for her position and more deserving. I am surprised that nothing is done with all her negative reviews.
