Booked for both premises (2jobs) and waited. They called right before the booking time and asking for payment. I wanted them to turn up and finish at least one job before making payment. They refused and insist for upfront payment.
Great service. We had major issues with rodents at our property getting into the roof and chewing up our wiring. Electrician said it was a huge fire risk. The Pest Shield lads were prompt with their service and price seemed reasonable. Haven't heard any rats for the past couple weeks. Happy to recommend.

PestShield have just finished a treatment at my house and I have to say that they are one of the better companies I've dealt with. The two guys that came were polite and efficient. They came when they said they would and didn't muck around. Very pleased.
Highly recommend Ryan and have already referred my family to Pest Shield. I was so impressed he did another job for me this week. Ryan was very professional and responsive to my queries. He explained the options available and was very thorough with external and internal including the attic pest control which included 6 months warranty.
