We were referred to JT Flooring by a neighbour who had been very happy with the service, price and quality of the carpet they chose. From the moment we walked into the showroom were loved how the staff interacted with us and answered all our questions. We were so taken with Mark and Jessica that we didn't go anywhere else. The team of layers were excellent too. 10/10 guys

We had vinyl flooring put down in our house. The process from choosing the right flooring to installation was made so easy with help from whole team. Wonderful customer service and going above and beyond. We are so happy with our new floors, thanks so much to all the team from JT flooring!!!!

I meant to write a review months ago, and I recently went through my emails and found an email from JT Flooring and decided I would write one today!nnThese guys are wonderful. 100% transparent on cost and installation, and great communication from their team both in-store and over the phone.nnOur carpet installation was done quickly and proficiently, and the installer (I believe his name was Will?), was charming and friendly. He was on time and answered all of our questions. Great person to represent their company out in the field.nnWe had our carpets installed in June and it is now September. We love them and would absolutely contact JT Flooring in the future for more work. If you are hesitant about getting new flooring in your home, these guys will make the process easy, quick and painless.
