TK Maxx Woden

I love this store so much it has great designer brands and awesome sales... however I was told twice in the matter of 5 minutes that the store was about to close, I checked the clock and it was 35 minutes before closing time. I was also told I couldn’t try on clothes because the store was closing. Staff need training as there customer service skills are lacking. I did not buy anything because of this.

Poor customer service.nSpent a large amount and the cashier didn't take one electronic tag off. The security guard was at least appologetic and tried to help the best he could but still missed a tag and have to return the store to get it removed. Not impressed. One star.nOtherwise. Great products and prices.

Real wildcard store, but it's quite large and has a good variety of things. Everything I bought there was a good price as well.

Great place to find discounted designer label clothing. Also provides a decent range of homewares at a reasonable price. Conveniently located at the Woden Shopping Centre.

I shopped here the other day with my children. I usually despise shopping with my children but the staff at Tk Maxx Woden made my experience a lot less stressful! Two particular staff members stood out, Precious and Freya. They were extremely helpful and really made my day! Will definitely be back here.
