Bought a dress to wear the next day, got home to discover they did not remove electronic tag! The manager could not of cared less, and took it back for a refund today, Not even a Sorry! Would not recommend!

Would love to shop at Ally again but refuse to support a business who has such awful staff. Their Stockland Greenhills store staff are so rude. The staff at their Greenhills store are rude, incompetent and lack any knowledge of the products. They look down their noses at you and act all snotty.

Was a fantastic experience, the girls were very helpful and all round delights.nThey were very eager to help my mum find some new tops and were very patient.

Terrible experience. Bought 3 size 14 dresses online, couldn’t do up any of them and the bust was the size of a 6 on all three of them. Then of course the return process is so hard, you have to jump through hoops to get a refund, oh and pay another 9.00 to return. Absolute joke of a company! Will never purchase from them again.

Staff are more interested in chatting about their weekends at the top of their lungs, rather than assisting shoppers....
