Excellent service, excellent qualitynI came into Gentlemens outfitters the other day getting a suit for my year 20 formal and I had the best customer service from Andy. Andy was very knowledgeable and helped me get a suit and nice dress shoes very quickly. I will definitely be going there again!!

Purchased a suit and it fit like a glove. Great selection of quality leather shoes as well, I highly recommend the Florsheim range. I walked out looking my best for as good friends wedding. Great service from Andy and his team, they really looked after me.

Must've changed owners recently. Doesn't meet the reputation I've heard about it. Hardly any formal options any more. Clothes for old folks but not much classic/modern formal wear. The 100% wool suits are way over priced. You can literally get the exact same ones around the corner for about $200 cheaper.nAndy, the old guy, lied directly to my face multiple times and the other boys look like they're in a concentration camp. He was apologising for them telling jokes to each other. Can safely assume what type of workplace this is. Those poor fellas.nI was going to bring in my wedding party of 6 but because of the lies and overpricing they lost a customer and I went to MB where I was happily served without any negative environments and got free alterations.

I am very disappointed with the service I received coming into this store. I came in with my husband looking for three sets of trousers. The older gentleman, whom I assume is Andrew the owner, greeted us and lead us towards the City Club Trouser section. The trousers here are expensive. $130 each. We have bought them from the Newcastle store before and they were $100 each. While my husband was trying them on, Andrew's mobile phone rang and he left to answer it without excusing himself. He then talked on his phone for almost 10 minutes while my husband and I just stood there waiting as Andrew was the only person in the store. We eventually decided to leave as we were no longer being served or cared for.nI understand that sometimes you have to answer important phone calls but it isn't proper service to just leave your customers. He missed a $390 sale.

I visited the store 27/8/16 in order to purchase a suit for each of my sons. To my delight I was served by Andy and from there things just got better. Andy was very helpful and patient with me and provided excellent advice and I am pleased to say I purchased complete outfits, everything was there including shoes. When I got home the missus was then impressed with me, yep, like a pro I got the job done :) but really hats off to Andy for his skill. Thanks for a great experience and I will always return when I need to dress up. Thanks also for the pic of my boys with you Andy in front of the V Dub, it is greatly appreciated.nnCheersnPete
