The start was great the staff helped us pick a great tile.nnSadly, after that the service was poor at best. It took 7 days and 2 phone calls after inspecting the job to finally get the quote.nnThen trying to lock in a date for the the work to be done was a nightmare, staff (also owners) where very vague and then told me they would be going awag now so would have to wait yet another week.nnSo we decided to buy the tiles off them and get tiles laid by another tiler. I paid for the tiles i was told 1 week they would be in following day i was informed they would not be able to supply us with required quantity of tiles and was refunded.nnLong story short AVOID!!!
Staff are wonderful to deal with, took there time with us and offered a price to good to refuse.
Hunter Valley Tile Mart has a great range of tiles. Belinda is extremely helpful, providing exceptional advice, making tile selection a breeze. Rob and their team of tilers are highly skilled. They have now tiled both my bathroom and kitchen and the work was exceptional. Couldn't recommend them more highly.
Could not rate Hunter Valley Tile Mart highly enough. Expert assistance, quality products and an overall excellent experience. They went above and beyond for us when we renovated our small bathroom, even sourcing a vanity for us with no extra cost. Cannot recommend highly enough!
