Deposit taken mid December. I didn't know but they hadn't done the actual measure until after I chased them in February. Didn't ring to confirm. Didn't start.manufacture till I chased againTold me they were installing on Saturday morning . Didn't turn up. Didn't call or make contact. Didn't answer the phone.nI used them as a local company. Totally unreliable. Try a more well known and reputable company
