The staff members I spoke to were very helpful and reassuring. Certainly put my mind at ease for upcoming surgery.
Had a day procedure done and the staff where absolutely amazing, did everything possible to ease my anxiety and make me as comfortable as possible.

Surgical staff and doctors are great its the aggression from the nursing staff down in the ward that I found disturbing as did my partner after my day surgery and left due to the poor behaviour and nasty comments very unprofessional would not want anyone to be cared for by them absolutely disgusting behaviour
Answer the phone!!?...all i get is a dial tone...nIf someone does answer they connect me to another dial tone.nOnly needed info on how my Grandmother was doing..nMacksville Hospital staff need better public relations.
