Inflexible return/exchange policy and poor quality sheets. I would expect a family business to have better customer service related to exchanging a product or getting a refund. The company expects you to measure your mattress prior to purchasing a quilt cover. I ordered the quilt cover size that matches my mattress size. But when I tried it out on the bed, the quilt cover was too small. I just want to exchange it for a bigger size. However, the company said they can not exchange because I purchased the item over 30 days ago. The problem was I was waiting for my furniture to arrive so I did not know it would be a problem. As I shared with them, because they would not work with my situation, I would not be a return customer. Also, I purchased polyester microfibre sheets from them and the quality is poor. The sheets are not soft, which is what you would expect from microfibre sheets.
I bought a quilt cover online.nGood service, quick delivery.
