Amazing Customer Service- I happened to be in Hurstville today and needed to bra shop. Sonia was amazing. Great customer service and knew exactly what I needed for my situation.

Your customer service is appalling, especially in these times where really you should be focusing on great customer service to hopefully make a sale. Unfortunately for me I was desperate to buy a bra and happened to spend my money in your shop. Your shop girls are clearly more interested in their own conversation than helping the customer find what they want. I went in and out of the change rooms three times with different items, firstly because they weren't sitting right, but also because no one asked if I needed a help with sizing... so I just helped myself. Thanks Bras and Things Hurstville, but next time I'll go to a different shopping centre where I know I'll get greeted at the door, and help when I'm trying things on.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Sonia was one of the most helpful sales assistants I've ever dealt with. I called a few stores, and no one was as helpful as her. I deal with terrible customer service on a regular basis so I prefer getting things delivered, but she has restored my faith in shopping! Thank you for my pj's!

Not usually one for reviews but felt it was well and truly deserved this time! I went in to the store today and Chloe was absolutely amazing!nWe may as well have gone through the entire shop to find the correct size and style for m . Chloe was so lovely and helpful, even through it the long and arduous process! Will definitely be seeking her out the next time I'm in there!

The saleswoman didn't greet my partner and I as we walked in and started to browse for a specific item. Through out our shopping experience the only time she was present was at the cash register.nnJust the way she was doing some of her duties gave us a negative vibe and made us want to stay clear of asking questions.
