Kresta Blinds, Awnings, Curtains & Shutters Cannington

Don't use this place there after service is terrible. Just try and call the store only one in ten time they answer. Google review only have 3 response all five star. That got to tell you something... This place is the worst experience I every had head office just as bad. Use at own risk!!!

On time and blinds look great.

It's taken Kresta EIGHT months to sort out our blinds, our new home was built in a shorter time frame, I was still pregnant when we first met with the consultant my child is 8 months in a fortnight.... Not only was the customer service absolutely tragic and a joke, the installers have literally butchered every single window frame in our home in their attempt to install poor quality block outs.nnWhen the original blinds were too wide in December we waited 3 months and each follow up was initiated by myself, never kresta.nnI have sent multiple emails to Krestas customer care and haven't heard a response.nnMultiple pass the blame attempts from installers, sales reps and COVID, the whole thing is a joke. Save your time, money and sanity and avoid Kresta. The only decent bloke there is the installer David that fixed the other cowboys work.

No after sale service at all. The blind went faulty after less than a year of infrequent use in the store room. They told us they will send the technician on site to fix only within 3 months of purchase. We were asked to pay for their technician to come to our place to fix this. Otherwise, we have to bring the blind there to the show room. It is a very long blind that doesn't fit our car. We will have to hire a truck/van to bring it to them. Either way, it's not practical and inconvenient. It is very unfair that we only found out about the 3 months no callout fee for warranty while it's not stated in our order acceptance.nnMoreover, we find their price structure very questionable. Initially we were happy with the blinds since they do the job. A few months after installing all of them, we realised we wanted to add 2 more blinds. However, we were quoted the price 1/3 of the cost of 13 blinds we initially installed. We decided to DIY instead as this is not reasonably charged, a total rip-off.nnWe will neither use them again nor recommend to any of our friends who are now busy purchasing new homes.nnUpdate. Order number SO106900 SO106899 innnUpdate: they sent a technician to fix after a few months. I gave another 2 stars since they managed to fix without cost.

Lies about wanting to fix our blinds. Have been waiting for them to contact us again to resolve the problem since January. See attached screenshot of the email communication. A certain [email protected] from headoffice told us to wait for a call from the cannington branch since January. Till today we have not heard back despite countless emails.
